TO COMMISSION PHOTOGRAPHY
Architectural-Photos provides a low cost
photographic solution for architects, designers and all involved
in the construction industry. Utilising digital equipment and
supply high resolution scans on CD or DVD. The images can be optimised
by us and digital enhancements can be applied, Such as, improving
sky's or repositioning people, creating panoramas etc., but we
do need to be aware of this possible option from the outset.
We accept commissions on the understanding that the images are entered
into Architectural-Photos online library and that others can access the
images subject to a license being granted. The commissioning agent agrees
to pay a fee and has the choice of ten images from the resulting library
with the option of purchasing further images as required. A license only
becomes effective after full payment has been received. The images remain
on line and act as a portfolio, with details of the project and if required
a link back to your company.
Please provide as much information as possible, ie: actual location, an
A4 site plan would help us to locate the orientation of your project and
any particular requirements we need to consider. This will help in preparing
a realistic fee.
To help the shoot run smoothly we require you to ensure that everyone
knows what is happening, particularly security staff because often we
start early and finish late and will need access to all the relevant areas.
Also it is important that the project to be photographed is as it should
be with no broken windows or scaffolding erected or visual road working
happening.
Once all the parameters have been agreed we would require an advance payment.
